This Privacy Policy explains how Yi Wang Real Estate Product & Technology ("we", "us" or "our") collects, uses and protects information through this website (equn.me) and through our text-message program (together, the "Services").

This website

equn.me is a personal portfolio site. It has no forms, no accounts and no sign-in, and it does not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels. Our hosting and security providers keep standard server logs, which include IP address, browser type and the time of each request. Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address as part of serving those files.

Users who sign up for text messages

When a user signs up to receive text messages from us, we collect the user's name, mobile phone number and email address. We also keep a record of the user's consent to receive text messages, including when and how it was given.

How the Services are used

We receive delivery status for the text messages and emails we send, and we record technical data such as IP address, browser type and the time of each request.

2. How we use information

• To send the text messages a user has asked to receive.
• To answer questions and provide support.
• To keep the Services secure, including preventing abuse and limiting repeated or automated requests.
• To meet legal obligations and enforce our Terms & Conditions.

We use mobile numbers only to send the messages a user signed up for. We do not use them to send marketing messages.

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from all of the categories above and will not be shared with any third parties. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

4. Your choices about text messages

You can stop receiving our text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. You'll get one message confirming that you've opted out, and no more messages after that. 5. How long we keep information

We keep personal information and records of text-message consent for as long as needed to provide the Services, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations, and then delete them.

6. How we protect information

We use reasonable safeguards to protect information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), limits on repeated requests, and access controls on our servers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your rights

You may ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing info@equn.me. Depending on where you live, you may have more rights under state privacy laws, and we will honor them as the law requires. We will not treat you differently for using these rights.
