These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to this website (equn.me) and to our text-message program (together, the "Services"). The Services are operated by Yi Wang Real Estate Product & Technology ("we", "us" or "our"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Text message program

  • Who sends the messages: Yi Wang Real Estate Product & Technology. Messages identify this sender by name.
  • What you'll get: text messages about the service you signed up for. These are not marketing messages.
  • How you opt in: you give us your mobile number and agree to receive text messages when you sign up. Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.
  • Message frequency: message frequency varies.
  • Cost: message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your plan.
  • Opt out: reply STOP to any message to cancel. You'll get one message confirming that you've opted out, and no more messages after that. To rejoin, reply START or sign up again.
  • Help: reply HELP to any message, or email info@equn.me.
  • Carriers: carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Privacy: see our Privacy Policy. We do not share mobile numbers or text-message opt-in data and consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

If you change or give up your mobile number, tell us at info@equn.me so we stop sending messages to it.

2. Who may use the Services

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services.

3. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the Services. For example, don't interfere with them, try to access information that wasn't sent to you, or use automated tools to scrape them.

4. Disclaimer

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Services, or any text message or email, will be available, timely, error-free or delivered.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or lost data, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim about the Services is limited to $100.

6. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and change the "Last updated" date above. If you keep using the Services after a change, you accept the updated Terms.
